Remember to use the timetable below to help with timings.
To help you plan your day I would suggest the following timings (see below) for each day (Monday - Friday). Remember children are not used to sitting still or in silence for long periods of time so short breaks between sessions are best (see below for a link)
For many of you, you will have multiple children. Remember they can work together and support each other. Talking to a partner when working is always helpful.
Also when they are at school they are not used to snacking all day. They would normally have a snack mid-morning (something healthy) and lunch, adding in these times could help too.
Joe Wicks is doing a live daily workout from 9 - 9.30am. This would be a great way to start the day.
