Dear Parents/carers

Key dates

For dates of future events and term dates, please regularly check the school calendar on our e-schools app and on our website:  http://www.burroughgreen.cambs.sch.uk

Y3/4 Gymnastics Competition

On Wednesday, six of our Y3/4 children took part in the South Cambs School Games gymnastics competition held at Comberton Village College.  They showed fantastic determination and supported each other really well – it was quite scary performing floor routines in front of such a big audience!  We were very proud of their sportsmanship and their gymnastic ability, and the team achieved a very creditable result – ninth out of eighteen teams.  Well done gymnasts!  A full report including photos and scores can be found on the SCSSP website here: http://www.scssp.co.uk/hatrick-of-titles-for-linton-gymnasts/

Parent Consultations

This term’s parent consultations will be held on 12th February and 2nd March 3:50 – 6:20.  Like last term, you can book your appointment (one per child) through the e-schools app or by logging in via our website.  As in October, consultations will be held in the school hall and are for parents to talk to the teachers about their child’s progress and next steps.  If you choose to bring your child with you, they need to remain with you – unfortunately we are not able to provide a crèche.  Booking will be open between 4th and 10th February.
